RICK&RUDIE is Rick van der Ree (ElectRick) en magiekejansen (Het Rudie Kartel, Heer Likken Liedjes). ElectRick op de beats en electronica allerlei, magiekejansen zingt, schreeuwt en praat Amsterdams Babbeltjes Bier. Dans Dans Dans dan! Het electronisch nederlandstalige synther-schlager duo klinkt als De Likt ontmoet Clark, De Jeugd ontmoet Autechre en De Kift ontmoet Mr Oizo.
The Irrational Library is een nieuw project waarin de grenzen tussen spoken word poëzie en boogie rock ‘n roll vervagen. Een party protest band speciaal voor ons hedendaagse, veelbewogen tijdperk. Maak je klaar voor een spirituele grote schoonmaak die je heupen weer soepel laat draaien en je bovenkamer helemaal opfrist.
ElectRick is an electronic musician based in Amsterdam. He creates songs that do not settle to a single genre but drift between different styles of electronic music and inventing new ones as he goes along. Sometimes danceable, sometimes not, sometimes changing within the same song.
His live-set is based around some of the more upbeat and more or less danceable songs. He is not be spinning records (or songs) as a DJ, but plays instead with and improvise on layers / effects / instruments of old and new songs with the help a laptop, some synths, effects and other weird gear he gets his hands on, creating something new on the spot
