We are happy to announce the 13th edition of SOTU (Sounds Of The Underground) festival. This year, there will be six days of exposure to the most up-to-date alternative underground scene, music and arts. At de Tanker we will have artists exploring, as they say; noise and posthumanism, self-destructive way of survival as the anthropological concept of Sapient Paradox, Andrius and Ruben present there result of their study at the conservatory. There will be noisie techno and rhytms to end the night with some dancing.
