SUMMARY:Expo: A+B
DESCRIPTION:A+B is een kunstenaarsduo dat gevormd wordt door Albert van Loon en Beatrice Peter. Sinds ze in 2012 beiden aan een grote tentoonstelling in Frankrijk deelnamen werken ze nauw samen. In eerste instantie naast hun eigen werk\, maar na een duo-tentoonstelling in 2015 werd de samenwerking structureel. Tegenwoordig maken ze alleen nog gezamenlijk werk. \n\n\n\nAls kunstenaarsduo creëren ze onder andere kleinere objecten\, grotere installaties\, animatie\, interactieve kunstprojecten en performance kunst. Tweedehands readymade materialen zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van hun werk. De kringloopwinkel is hun kunstenaarsmaterialenwinkel. Readymade objecten worden gemanipuleerd om ze een nieuwe of sterkere betekenis te geven. Het hergebruik stopt echter niet bij de spullen uit de kringloop. Ook woorden en symbolen worden hergebruikt en gemanipuleerd. Losse woorden\, maar soms ook complete citaten\, worden gerecycled en krijgen zo een nieuwe betekenis in de huidige tijd. \n\n\n\nHet werk kent meerdere lagen. Op het eerste gezicht zie je wellicht een simpel grappig kunstwerk en kan je lachen om de cynische humor. Maar meestal is er een tweede\, derde of zelfs vierde laag die niet zo grappig meer is. De kunstwerken van A+B zijn een spiegel die de tragedie van de mensheid toont. Ze zijn niet bedoeld om je antwoorden te geven\, eerder dagen ze je uit om over jezelf na te denken en over de wereld waarin je leeft.  \n\n\n\nWhat you see is what you get. DESCRIPTION:For this second edition of Noise Noise Noise we have Earth logoff coming over from Berlin. Earth Logg consists of Sanaa on sticks\, and Rbrt on stones\, playing analog funny industrial body music. penn-ack you might know from videoglitching and tekno parties\, plays raw freaked stuff. DESCRIPTION:Red\, radiant and roaring; or motionless\, worn down\, caught in a moment of pause. Red cars\, which once ruled the roads and cut through the night with their blood-red color\, like racing cars on a circuit\, now feel like relics of the past. Yet\, despite their decline\, tinged with nostalgia\, cars are still red. \n\n\n\nThis series is not a catalog\, but a photographic exploration of the symbolism of the red car\, shaped by chance encounters and fleeting sightings around a corner. \n\n\n\nThe project began in 2019 in Nantes\, France\, during my studies\, when a professor simply asked us to create a photo series. A few days later\, I came across two quirky red cars and photographed them\, which sparked the idea of this work. After a break\, I resumed the project\, collecting red cars glimpsed in unexpected settings. First held at the OZO Bellevue Station in France in 2025\, the Cars Are Red exhibition is now heading to another gas station: this time in Amsterdam\, the Netherlands. As it travels from one station to the next\, the exhibition venue becomes an extension of its theme: a place of passage\, pause\, and contemplation.  \n\n\n\nThe journeys of this exhibition take shape in an embroidered jacket\, inspired by the blue workwear of gas station attendants and mechanics\, and the mosaics of patches on racing suits. This garment evolves over time\, mirroring the life of the exhibition itself.

De serie werd in 2014 geïnitieerd door saxofoniste Ada Rave.
